Testosterone (TRT)

Testosterone is the primary sex hormone in men. Testosterone plays a majr role in the way we function in our lives. Some examples are

  • sex drive
  • muscle gain and strength
  • Metabolism of body fat
  • body hair

As you get older, your testosterone levels begin to decline. Even in your 30s and 40s you may start to notice changes going on that you cannot seem to figure out! You may be healthy, fit and active, but it does not mean that your testosterone levels are where they need to be.

You may start to notice some signs that are usually caused by having low T.

  • Physical changes such as: decreased bone density, increased body fat, even body hair loss
  • Changes in your sex drive: you may notice a reduced sex drive and less erections.
